HEATER NOT WORKING ON 03 YUKON

Heater not working ???? Blower motor not working , no air blowing out of the vent's. defrost , floor ? I'm assuming you have the manual HVAC - climate control system , by the fact that you replaced the resistor assembly . Was there a relay included on the resistor assembly ? What fuse's did you replace ? HTR/AC - 30 amp. left I/P fuse box , BLOWER fuse -40 amp - under hood fuse box ? Did you use a DMM - digital multi-meter an test for B+ voltage at the purple wire at the blower motor ? The fuse's you replaced ,check for B+ voltage with meter .
Your vehicle could have two different HVAC systems , manual & automatic. The automatic system doesn't have a resistor assembly , has a blower motor control processor. Do you know how to test automotive electrical circuit's ?

I have a 2005 Chev Avalanche. The heater blower does not work on the high setting but works fine on settings 1 through 4.

I looked at 05 avalanche 1500--automatic hvac. The blower fuse is hot all the time. The fuse has an input leg and output leg, even if the fuse is blown, the input leg would still have voltage. If no voltage, you could use jumper wire connected to voltage on the output side of fuse cavity to see if blower would work. If you use jumper, use an inline fuse.
Yes, it could be something wrong with fuse box or wiring circuit?

Repair manual

This is probably the control switch. You can pull the blower motor out an bench test it with a 12 volt source just to check it. I would bet it still works just fine but the switch is fried.

I have a 1999 mitsubishi diamante and I turn on

Check the Resistor unit.
This stops the blowers working ,
sometime number 1 on the heater switch will but nothing else .
No 2/3/4 working on heater switch.

I replaced the blower motor about 3 weeks ago and it quit working. I have checked the fuses and they are fine. Could the motor have gone bad in it?

you won't know till you run voltage checks from the switch to the resistor then to the motor, if you have voltage then check the ground, if all is well bench test the blower

WELL YOU HAVE TO USE A VOLT METER CONNECT ONE VOLT METER WIRES TO GOOD GROUND AND THE OTHER VOLT METER WIRES GOES TO EACH SWITCH SPEED.IF VOLT METER GET VOLTAGE A 1 OR 2 CONTROL SPEED RESISTOR BAD.IF RESISTOR BAD YOU WILL GET 1 OR 2 BLOWER MOTOR SPEEDS.IF BLOWER MOTOR WORKING.CHECK THE AC AND HEATER CONTROL SWITCH FUSE OR CHECK BLOWER MOTOR FUSE AND RELAY.IF ALL GOOD SO FAR CONTROL SWITCH ITSELF COULD BE FAULTY.
