Hi I am wondering if it is a easy job to replace a thermostat?

Yes it is very easy just remove the air intake duct located on the radiator (2 10mm bolts) this exsposes the thermostat housing it has 3 10mm bolt remove those and the top of the housing the the thermostat. clean off old gasket material, then replace the thermostat and gasket and reassemble the housing and air intake duct.

2000 Kia Sportage Fuse Problem.

a wire has wore through somewhere perhaps where t goes through a fender panel a 30 amp fuse is huge so you have a dead short. look front fenders grab wires look for where they may be rubbing from vibration while driving {sharp edge of opening] should be easie to find from a burn mark. dont keep replaceing fuse untill you find the burn spot.[short]

Blower motor is over on passenger side, check for voltage at harness easy to get to, if voltage there replace blower motor. Bad news dealer item only. I replace them quit a bit here in Texas,

The radiator thermostat may be stuck. I've had that before. Just about any auto part store should have an employee that can help if you need it. Its a quick and easy fix/replacement. You'll definitely want to check your radiator coolant level as well.
