Should be a 7.5 amp fuse in slot 12.

Just pull out fuses one at a time and see if any are blown, if so just replace.

2006 Hyundai Sonata. Windshield washer not working. Thought fluid was low. Can see fluid in fill tube. 105000 miles. Just bought it. Is this a difficult and costly repair?

Possibly the washer pump isn't working or the switch for it isn't working. It should be possible to unplug and straight wire the pump just to test it to see if it will operate is it gets power. A test light a the washer pump will tell you if it is getting power when the washer button is pressed.

Which fuse is for the washer fluid pump?

Often, it uses the same fuse as for the wipers. Pull apart the washer pump connector and see if power is present when switch is activated. If it has power when it should, the pump probably needs replacing.

Windshield washer will not squirt fluid

Make sure it is above 2 degrees centigrade and not frozen.
Check and fill up fluid reservoir with wash solution.
If there is any evidence of mould growth in the bottle - it needs removing and the bottle and pump washing out.
Check operation of pump by supplying 12V to connectors.
Test pump connectors in car for 12V supply (clip on test lamp)
Check fuse in fusebox.

The problem should be easily found by checking these points.

I need help finding schematics for 1985 ford f150-302 6-cylinder fusebox.my wiper washer pump is'nt working and i don't have the owners manual.

The washer pump is on the same circuit as the wiper motor. If the wiper motor is working, then check the voltage, with a test light(purchase at the parts store cheap). When pushing the button to activate the washer, the test light should light up ,when touching the wire on the pump.and have the clip on the test light on a good ground on the vehicle. If it lights up,replace the washer pump,if it does not light up,replace the washer pump button.

2003 Toyota Corolla wipers work but washer pump does not. Resevoir is full, where is the fuse to check before replacing the pump?

The fuse will be in the fusebox, you may have two fuseboxs on the car. One under Bonnet, one in car. The owners manual will tell you where it is.

Windshield washers not working

hi
you will need to check if you can hear the pump runing when you turn the washerfluid button. if you don't hear the pump
check the fuse in the fusebox
if the fuse ok then the pump might be broken or disconnected
if you have a voltmeter check at the connector if you have 12V when you turn the washerfluid button if you do the pump is broken so replace it
if you don't have 12V at the connector terminals then the pump wire is cutted somewhere
Hope this will help you
Good luck

Windshield washer not functioning,

is the motor humming like its trying to pump?
if not, you will need to check the washer fuse.
consult your owners manual or diagram on fusebox lid for location.
if it is ok, you will need a new pump/motor assembly.

Washer fluid doesn't come out when button pushed on turn signal

If the fuse is not blown, the pump assembly needs replacement.
Verivy 12VDC at the pump when switch activated.
Check your manual or back of the fusebox for location of the washer fuse.

2000 ford explorer wiper fluid pump does not work,

the fuse is located in the inside fuse panel position 12. it is a 7.5 amp fuse and is brown in color. if you cant find the position #12 then check all 7.5 fuses.if no fuse is blown then open the hood and get someone toactivate the washer pump while you lisen for it to run.the pump is located in the bottom of the washer fluid resavor and is usually replaced with the resavor as a assembley.if no blown fuse and u cant hear the pump running then you will need a new pump.if u hear pump running but no fluid is coming out look for a leak in the lines.
