04 DODGE Ram hemi cylinder 3 misfire

Check engine compression and compare. then test running engine compression most engines have about 130-170 cranking compression and about 90-110 running compression. OR bring that cylinder to its Top Dead Center compression stroke apply air to the cylinder and check to see where the air is going open throttle plate bad intake valve, from exhaust pipe bad exhaust valve, from oil cap piston rings.

Hi!!
The O2 sensor for Bank 1 is located below left front of transmission, in exhaust. Check diag. below.

My 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi 5.7L V8 is running two codes PO175 fuel system rich 2/1 and PO131 O2 Sensor circuit 1/1 low does this mean I need new o2 sensors or what?

faulty O2 sensors will throw a lot of things out of whack so start there, allow diagnostic reboot, drive and check codes again...

Which O2 sensor for 2005 Dodge Ram Quad 5.7 (Hemi); the parts stores asked if I needed the 2,3 or 4 wire. My Vin starts with 1D7HA18DXXXXXXXXX

Which O2 sensor do you need, you have 4 O2 sensors in your Dodge ram. Is it the O2 sensor upstream or the down stream. I believe the down stream will have the 4 wire lead and the up stream will have the 3 wire leads. If you need the down stream O2 sensor which is the common one to go bad, you can look at the wire harness clip which is only 6 inches a way form the sensor after the catalytic converter. Good luck and hope this helps.
