How the heck do I get the trim panel off to get to it?
Sometimes a flatscrewdriver is used ( not recommended) they sell a tool called a panel tool, it lookes like a wide flat screwdriver w\ a 1\2 inch notch in the middle take the tool and slide it between the door and the panel each panel clip should be 4 to 6 inches on the side and along the bottom of your panel the clips fit in the notch of the tool,prize out with little effort until you hear a snap sound. thats just the clip releasing itself from the metal of your door. after all the clips have been released grab the panel on both sides and lift with a side to side motion until clips release (dont forget to remove all screws and handles first) when finished just snap everything back together replace handles and screws and your done
