Question about 1995 Ford Taurus
I need to remove the headlight cover on my 1995 Taurus GL because it has a leak and it keeps blowing the light bulb out, but I can't figure out how. I need to get it dried out and sealed because I am going through light bulbs like toilet paper...and they are not cheap! Could you PLEASE give me detailed instructions on exactly what steps I need to take to remove the headlight assembly so I can dry out the cover once and for all! Please include specific instructions on how to remove the pins that are holding the assembly in place, that is what is confusing me. I have higher brain function and I know they have to removed first...thank you!
I had the same problem. a friend of mine that had the same thing said to take a very very small drill bit and dit a hole in the bottom of the headlight housing...it has worked for me thank goodness cause i can feel on the replacing the dang things, not to mention getting a ticket cause of it...try it, hope it works for you as well as it has for me...good luck
