Does not turn over battery is good and plenty of juice
I drove from houston texas to gautier ms. and the eng light came on. Then I had the cruise control on and it turn it self off and at the same time I noticed my speedometor went to zero for about 10 seconds at that same time but the engine didn't bog down or anything. I also felt some kind of click under my seat. I made it find to my house but then went to start it later and nothing not even a click. battery is fine.

Try jump starting the car just to see if it is not your battery or starter. If it still does not click or turn over check the speed sensor at the tranny.Cruise control problems happen when this sensor goes out. Oh, First try removing the negative cable, let sit for a minute, then replacing the cable. I am assuming your battery is good.(charged).

code p0320 refers to cam shaft position (CKP) sensor/engine speed (RPM) sensor--circuit malfunction=== causes --wiring--CKP/RPM sensor ---ECM
because the engine runs ok until it is on cruise control I would be investigating the RPM sensor for a fault
The cruise control takes its control from the RPM sensor and if that circuit is interminable the the cruise control doesn't know what rpms to maintain.
First, make sure that both battery terminals (on battery) are clean, AND tight. Your electronics can function without having enough juice to turn the motor over...If not the posts...sounds like the starter has worn out..
Have you battery checked to make sure it is not dead. It can still have enough juice for the dome lights but not the turn over. Make sure to charge your battery fully before having it checked. If the battery checks out good then you should have the alternator checked. It is possible that it is on its last leg and not effectively charging your battery.
have fuel pump pressure checked 50-60 Psi at idle 60PSI with vac line diconnected from pressure regulator. If that checks out check for ingation switch failier may be keeps car power on but telling ecm that it has been turned from run. Also have a wave form done on fuel pump as it can still have good pressure but not be fully funtional elctricly. if you have acsses to a tech 2 have it checked for codes as it may not have turned on the light but may have stored a code
PCV hose. I had the same problem...Hear air escaping from mine..I just put some hose tape over mine, and when I got the cruise not available and check engine again, sure enough..tape was coming off...replace the hose..problem solved.
