Question about 1994 Jeep Wrangler
First, check battery voltage. Since you've done a lot of work, Perhaps you have something in the charging system malfunctioning or improperly connected. Does anything work with the vehicle jumped or with a known good battery installed? I'd go there first, then start tracing wiring and checking all connections and grounds!
