Doesn't blow any air, not hot or cold. It barely blows air when I'm on the highway going about 70; but other then that, nothing at all.

A mechanic would check for voltage at the blower motor, the resistor, the relay, and the fuse.

I replaced the resistor, and that wasn't the problem. The blower motor is most likely the problem, and is drawing high amperage (guessing this from the wires getting hot). I'm going to replace the motor, in hopes that it fixes the problem.

COULD BE A FEW DIFFERENT THINGS. HAVE YOU TRIED TO SWAP THE A/C RELAY FOR ANOTHER? IT COULD BE A BAD ACCUMULATOR SWITCH OR A CLOGGED ORIFICE TUBE, OR A DEFECTIVE LOW PRESSURE CUT-OFF SWITCH. TOO MANY TO LIST. TRY THE RELAY AND LET ME KNOW. HOPE THIS HELPS. BEST OF LUCK. THANKS FOR USING FIX-YA AND HONEST RATING IN ADVANCE.

Thermostat! or blockedf heater matrix, no idea where the thermostat is on that car never worked on one.

verify the fuse first!! the blower is located behind glove box, see it under it and only need to remove 4 phillips screws!

replace fan speed resistor block if this only happens on lower fan settings if it happens on high fan speed also, replace blower fan
