What is the problem on 1993 nissan sentra carburator with no idling

i have tried everything including washing it with lacquer thinner then drying it with a pressurized air. is there anybody here who can give me exploded view of this nissan carb. i cant find any marking regarding the model of this carb.i want to know which of the 3 solenoid valve is the one for idling controller..thanks in advance for anyone who can help.. more power to FixYa.com

Probly age--needs boiling out or jet ajust-------try fixin idle speed with screwdrivr---------cud be engine issue-like tuneup---inspect inside distributer cap for corrosion or worn plug wires---also egr valve mite be bad--------get vehicle scanned

Check for vaccume leaks and also you PCV valve. check the hose too. Visually inspect every vaccume hose you can find. Sounds like a leak .

If it is running at idle that reading is in the range below 1.0 volt and full throttle is 5.0 volts. Voltage will vary as you press the gas pedal.

No problem. When you depress the clutch, you remove the load from the engine to the cogs and shafts in the gearbox.

Just make sure that your oil levels are correct. In a manual car you can additives like Molyslip to the gearbox.

See , the fuel pump regulator is a sealed unit and all you can do is check for vacuum and hook up a fuel pump tester and check for pressure and volum.

hi,it sounds like a vacum leak,that makes the engine rpm go up and down.( check all the vacum hoses around the engine )you can check the leaks by sprayng carburator cleaner close to the vacum lines,if there are any leaks the rpms will increase imediatly. good luck....
