My first guess would be the axle shaft has popped out of one side of the transaxle. They can be tough to get in far enough for the lock ring to hold.

Thanks, but yeah that was the first thing i tried. The shaft that is attached to the trans spins by hand in park or gear.

SOURCE: 1997 Saturn SL2 Sunroof problem

it sounds like the motor's gears went. I had the same problem. To see if it is the motor or track drop the headliner down a lil in the front near the map lights. Then push up on the center of the motors drive with a flat head screw driver and turn if the sunroof opens then it is the motor if not it is the track. You can buy new or use cost is up to you her is one on ebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/99-SATURN-POWER-SUNROOF-MOTOR-96-97-98-404-328_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ50459QQihZ018QQitemZ280272955699QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW#ebayphotohosting

SOURCE: 93 Saturn SL2 won't start

check your fuses, and intake valve, and also get a battery test. I believe those are free.

SOURCE: 97 Saturn SL2 won't turn over

Check the neutral-saftey switch.  If it is a clutch, the starter will generally engage and the car will generally lurch forward.  Most newer cars are equiped with a switch that detects when the car is in-gear & wont permit it to turn over.  Could be the clutch but go for the cheap fix first.

Heavy vibration when turning

Does it do this on both left and right turns? It might be a CV joint if it is only left or only right turns.

Please any suggestion ? 98' V8 5.2 ; Won't turn after highway run ! Either left or right, cranky noise , shaking ,strong vibration from the front wheels.BUT; when is cooling down -after 30 min.

I suggest that you check your front CV joints. It is common for the boots to tear, allowing the grease to leak out. Lack of lubrication, dirt and moisture destroys the joint. You can purchase a remanufactured shaft ready to install at some part stores. I have a '93 Grand Cherokee with 220,000 miles, and over its life, I have replaced both sides twice. Good luck!

2000 vw cabrio had a clunking sound when slowing down when [driving it]

Could be muffler hitting body, engine mount, differential, balljoint, or cv joint.

The muffler would be more from the back.
You can rev the engine with the hood open to see if the motor mounts are weak.
Balljoints would tend to also vibrate through the steering wheel.
Cv joints would tend to also rattle on slow, tight turns.

A clunk when i turn

It sounds like your CV Joint is worn. Simple check is to drive in a left circle and then right circle. If the noise get's worst when your turning left or right, then it's time to change the CV Joints.
Might as well change both sides since they have the same miles.
Total CV joint failure = Tow to the shop.
Good luck and hope this helps.

Clik, clik on the rigth side when making turn need to know what to avoid, and possible short cut to replace c/v joints [axle] on both side of 1995 saturn sl2 [automatic].thank you much.

There really is no short cut....you need to replace the half-axle on the right side (will get both inner and outer CV joints). Is driveable with noise, but may eventually fall apart.
