Your water pump is driven by your timing belt. If it needs doing, a good reccomendation is to do your timing belt, tensioner, and timing kit, because it's that big of a job and that time consuming.

I have a 99 plymouth voyager i had to replace the waterpump and fuel pump now it wont start it cranks over but wont start any ideas ??

We will need more information from you. But you could check to be sure you have gas and that the gas is getting to the engine. For example, is the fuel pump working? Are there any leaks in the fuel line? Is the Gas Filter Plugged? You could also check to see if you are getting Spark at the plugs. Waterpump is it b 4 the timeinbelt

waterpump is driven by the timing belt. Therfore when changing the timing belt, you must also replace the waterpump. It will be too much time consuming effort to replace one or the other. The labour calls for both these items to be replaced. Most shops will charge about$300 -500.0 plus both parts for this service..

Slow Leak in Water Pump-1999 Plymouth Voyager

What's probably happening is the weep hole on the water pump is leaking water. The weep hole is a warning sign that the water pump needs replaced. You don't have any heat because the impeller in the water pump is no longer circulating water.

Where is the water pump located 99 plymouth voyager

the reason u can't see the pump is because it is driven by the timing belt and is hidden under the plastic7b4ce03.jpg cover that is over that belt.
