AS A SHORT TERM SOLUTION , TAKE THE BULBS OUT OF THE LIGHT , YOU CAN DO WITHOUT IT ON TILL ITS SORTED .
BUT CHECK THE PIN SWITCHES IN THE DOOR PILLARS , SOMETIMES THEY STICK IN WITH WEAR AND THIS WILL CAUSE THEM TO NOT RESPOND AND WILL DRAIN THE BATTERY OVER NIGHT. SPRAY WD40 AROUND ALL THE 4 DOOR PILLAR SWITHES .

If the springs are clamped on then the most likely cause is that the e-brake is set. That would be the only thing causing your brakes to be clamped

Sounds like the battery is weak or the alternator isn't providing enough amps to keep the engine running and power the lights at the same time.

fuel problem ,like a lazy fuel pump

sounds like a bad mass air flow sensor. this sensor is located on the duct that connects to where the air filter goes, it should have one or two wires coming from it. Unfortunitly they are rather expensive so you will want to have someone with a computer hook up to your car and tell you what the exact problem is before you just go and poke around replacing expensive parts that do not need to be replaced.
