Question about 1995 Chevrolet Lumina
You will need to find the vehicle speed sensor in the tranny. This sensor tells the computer how fast you are going then the computer decides how the tranny shifts. Your tranny is not shifting because the computer does not know you are moving. When you find the sensor check the pigtail for damage or unplugged if not replace it. To help find go to a parts store and look at a new one to see what you are looking for or buy a manual.
