the manual does not mention a fuse at all for this only how to turn them on and off, the fuse box under the hood I pulled and checked every fuse and they were good

Same problem, both driver and passenger heated seats don't work at all. Lights won't come on switches or anything.

Same problem, lights come on but both seats don't work. There's a fuse box below the rear seat on the drivers side. The manual doesn't say which fuse it would be.

We have the same issue. We have pulled all of the fuses we can think of and can't seem to get them to work. We have taken it to the dealer and the only suggestion they had for us was that it may be the memory seat module. But, our power seats are working so, that doesn't make a whole lot of sense....sure wish we could find an answer to this.
Seems like it must be some fuse or relay somewhere.
We can hear a clicking in the drivers door panel whether you try to turn on the passenger side or the drivers side. (of course neither work and both went at the same time)

SOURCE: Drivers heated seat won' work

Probably a fuse!
Under the dash on the drivers side or under the hood.
New cars have them labeled right at the fuses not in the manual!
Hope this is helpful.

Good Luck!

SOURCE: Saturn VUE 2004-Heated seats just stopped working. Fuse is fine..

This is not un- common. The heating elements do wear after a while. It is probably an open circuit in one of the pads in your seat. A quick restance check can determine which one it is.

If your vehicle is equipped with heated seat, there should be a control button on the door where the window buttons are.

Did you check your fuses?
If ok then disconnect the battery for a couple min and reconnect this might fix the problem.

2004 Envoy XUV heated seats do not work on both sides. I press the button and the lights come on, when i release the button the lights go out. I checked the fuses mentioned in the articles on this site but...

If other functions such as window controls and power seat controls are normal, here are some possibilities;
1) Circuit Breaker #8 in rear fuse panel
2) Defective Driver Memory Seat Module (under driver's seat)
3) Break in data lines between Driver's Memory Seat Module and Drivers Door Module
4) Fuse 23 & 6 in rear fuse panel

Heated seats not working.

Work for a GM dealership. the problem is the heated seat pad element is bad. Replacing the element is not easy but can be done at home.
