Question about Jeep Cherokee
It can be just a serpentine belt. If its just few moments in cold weather it needs some time to make alternator and water pump to run. If its not tight enough it can slippering for a moment. Check
if you will have it longer or in wet weather etc.
Also might be alternator is getting old and it might stuck for a first momen when you activate the engine. You might go to Autozone and check for free if the battery getting ebnough charge from alternator.
