This should be an easy one. the left turn signals arent blinking. the arrow for the blinker on the dash stays lit all the time. dont know much about cars but i think there is some kinda of part that controls the flashing. need to know where its located and what the part looks like
The dash light usually does that when one or more bulbs are out, just as a kind of heads-up to you I guess. I'd try a couple of new bulbs, or at least remove & inspect them for dirt & corrosion. Left side, (driver side) is the side that ets all the extra spray of dirt and grime from passing cars.

The brake light is out, happened to me aswell. check the bulb

Check the bulbs front and rear, if they are burned out replace, if ok then replace the flasher unit
