Question about 1993 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer
I have a 1993 S-10Blazer 4x4.I have changed the spark plugs and wires, the distributor cap and rotor.I had the control module checked and the ignition fuse was good.I get fire from the coil and it will turn over but wont start.I replaced the distributor 3 years ago.I have also seen smoke coming from the steering colume where the turn signal is.
The "smoke" sound like an electrical short. It might be part of your problem. Maybe your ignition switch(one on the lower column)? I would check to see if there is fire at the spark plugs too. If your getting fire to the plugs I would spray some starting fluid in it to see if it tries to run. If it does, you have a fuel problem. Which might be related to your electrical problem.
