Question about 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee
The floor keeps getting soaked, i know the water is not comming from the motor is it happens when its parked and it rains, the floor has started going bad and im pulling my hair out. plase help
I found that water would leak in from the roof rack mounting holes.A rubber o-ring is used to seal them. an easy fix is to loosen the mounting screws and use a RTV sealant around them and screw them back down.
Hope this helps you out

First, when I read your post I remembered that if the ac drain hose (small hose stub on the engine side of the firewall, usually on the passenger side) gets plugged this can happen. If that doesnt fix it, get a friend to spray with a hose and start looking for where the water is entering the cabin. Leaks are a real pain to find, even for shops, so don't get discouraged if it takes a while to beat this!
