look for a fuse/relay block under the hood. The cover for this may show locations of fuses and relays inside the block. If not, try google search for same.
the code you have is high voltage in the wiring of fuel gauge. This is probably either the fuel pump,ECM, you must ask the main dealer mechanic to help about.
I'm not positive as to where it is but try vhecking inside the tank at the top (this is where dodge and newer cars seem to put it) or up where it comes into the engine
