The anti theft horn circuit works but the steering wheel horn does not. How do I get at that switch.

- I had the same problem with my 99 Cadillac Seville. The heater core needed to be flushed. Mine was dirty. After flush heat worked fine. This can not be done with just a cooling system flush. The heater core hoses have to be disconnected and then flush the heater core.I hope this helps. If not your heater core is most likely bad.- Guest

- I replaced my thermostat and yes it was likely sticking, very dirty. However, the same problem exists... grrrrrr!- cmelmer
