Blower quit working

I have a 2006 Jeep Wrangler that just stopped blowing air 1 day while driving what should I check and where is that found?

My 2001 has the same problem. I lost fan setting #4 last year, now this year I lost #3 and to boot, the controler knob broke! I've been trying to find a low price fix, maybe this will work instead of replacing the entire switch unit.

Fan motor not working on 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

I had this same thing happen to me in a Buick Lesabre. It ended up being the blower relay. There was 2 relays for the blower motor. One was called the high blower relay which controlled the high speed. The one that fixed the problem was the blower relay that powered up all the other speeds. I hope this helps.

need to make sure you have enough coolant and if it does then it could be your thermostate or clogged heater core

I'm not following your story.
Does the blower motor stop working from time to time ?
Have you checked the motor for power and ground when it is not working ?

Yes I would go with the switch, BUT, does it have a resistor bank? That is, how does it reduce the speed? Many systems use resistors to lower the speed. Burnt or bad connections can cause this as well.
You can test the blower motor by connecting direct power from a source like the cigarette lighter if you are handy.
Most of the time the lower speeds konk out but the high speed continues to work this is the resistor bank that goes out.

Check for un-isulated connection on the hot wire lead. It might have been after-market but on mine the connection would short out, blowing a fuse. 1 inch of heat shrink tube fixed the problem.

The jeep doesn't blow any air at all unless I'm driving. when I'm driving you can feel the hot or cold air coing out but it's very faint.

This may be the AC compressor cycling switch is defective. It is located in the larger of the 2 AC lines coming from the compressor, it has a wire connector to it with 2-3 wires. To verify this is the issue jumper the connector with a small piece of wire and see if the compressor runs.
