Question about 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee
When i start my 1998 jeep grand cherokee 5.2 lit it will not stay runing unless i keep my foot on the gas.
Try pulling the plug out on the idle air control valve then start it if thats not it try the map then the idle control

First you have to check fuel pressure (durty fuel filter) and spark plugs/wires. If it wont help it can be idleling unit problems (air control valve, idle speed control actuator, idle stop solenoid), faulty mass air flow sensor or faulty throttle position sensor. But most probably it is first two.
