Audi A4 2002 Low beams & Right front turn signal stopped working

For Audi A4 the fuse box is located on the left side of dashboard behind a plastic cover (for left hand steering wheel vehicle). On inner face of the plastic cover you will find the fuse diagram.
First fuse on first row from left upper corner is Fuse Nr.20 = F20 (15A) - RH headlamp low beam, headlamp adjustment.
First fuse on second row from left upper corner is Fuse Nr.21 = F21 (15A) - LH headlamp low beam, headlamp adjustment.

HEADLIGHTS

It can be done, but i wouldnt recomend it...Because you will overload one circuit..but this is how you do it...Well first find the fuse that is for the daytime running lights and change it to a higher number..say if it is a 10 amp fuse change it to a 20 amp fuse...Then find your power wire for your headlights, and cut it, make sure you leave enough wire just in case you want to put it back...and make sure you tape off the other end...now find the power wire from your daytime running lamps, and splice it open..Then get another wire...( try to make sure it's the same gauge wire). same thickness..and just run it from the wire you cut, to the wire you spliced, and that's it...Well Goodluck...

Hi I have a 1998 audi a4 and the blower motor keeps blowing the fuse number 25 once the key is turned on. I know the motor works as I put a hot wire on it, how can i find the short? or fix it with a new...

Hi, first off, check to see if there is anything else on the same circuit, e.g is everything else working with the fuse blown. The cigarette lighter is a favorite. If everything else is ok, use a a multimeter set to amps from the positive battery terminal to the heater motor input terminal (with a suitable fuse in line) to test the amps draw of the motor. You can then compare this with the fuse rating recommended and if it's greater than 2/3 of the fuse rating, then replace the motor. e.g 10 amp fuse 7 amps max loading, 15 amp fuse 10 amp loading.
Hope that helps Matt..

In Audi models with with light switch on the stalk with the wiper switch and turn signal switch this is a common problem. The switch is bad and needs to be replaced, you have to replace the complete assembly with the turn signal and wiper stalk
