You have switches at each door, (looks like black button sticking out just below catch for the door latch.) that turns interior lights on when you open the door. Whatever door(s) don't make the light come on, are probably faulty, but sometimes a little spray of contact cleaner will help revive them. Even push in, with thumb and slide thumb off, & let them snap back out will help once in a while. Don't think they're real expensive to replace, and easy to change, one screw and pull out carefully. Careful when pulling out & re-installing that wires on back don't touch metal at edge if they have bare contacts, or you'll be replacing fuse too. Don't be too concern if 2 wires get mixed up, it won't matter.

It is possibly the door "pin switch" that could be the problem.

The driver side rear door has to be slammed shut to shut off the door ajar light on our 1998 Plymouth voyager.

try giving the door switch a good swill with WD40 its just a bit sticky, if you can get it out that would be the best way to clean it and to reset it up so its pushed in a bit more by the door stop
