Problem should be in the rear door switch. The motor is powered from both switches.

SOURCE: driver side door window doesnt roll up or

If it is just dead, and the fuse is OK ( other window(s) work correctly ), the switches on the 04-08 can have an issue where carbon builds up on the contacts, turning into an insulator.

A new driver's side switch ( assume you are talking about this one ) is ~ 45.00 at an online Ford dealer.

you can remove the switch, and take it apart to clean the contacts with a typewriter eraser, if you feel up to it. The switch is put together with tabs, so it is some what easy to dissemble.

I replaced my Driver's side switch at ~ 30K miles on my 2006, and cleaned the old one, for the next time.

SOURCE: driver window will roll down but the passenger and rear wont

The first thing that I would do is check for electricty at the motors them sel and work your way back.If there is elec. at the window motor it's self susspect a motor problem.Remove the motor to see if it spins (but it dosen't me its good it could be week)next check for binding in the window mecanism.

SOURCE: how do fix drver side rear sliding door window

On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Pull back the weather seal and you'll see the innards of the door

SOURCE: cant roll down windows from drivers door

The Master Switch may be bad. Thats the first thing to verify good or bad. It may be a big deal to find a wiring diagram and then verify where voltage is lost. All of the window power goes to the Master Switch,(through the lock out switch) then on to each window. Except for the right front window. The diagram is confusing, it does not appear that the lockout switch turns off the RF passenger window.

Crown Vic 2005. Driver side window won't work, up or down. Rear passenger window on driver side works down with the master control but won't roll back up. Rolls up only with rear door control. Why?

This is most often caused by a bad master switch on the driver's side. It's the one that's used most often and most exposed to rain. Also, all the window wiring runs through the master switch, so if there's a fault it can affect multiple windows. Windows are controlled by small computers in each door, and the radio as well as these rely on a datalink that connects all the computers in the truck. You will probably see a datalink problem with one of them (such as the body computer) if you use a code reader to see what trouble codes (DTCs) are set.

Got kids? VW electric convertible top - I found dried milk in the switch had same problem on turn on convertible opened and would not close, would have to use manaul bypass foldup. Pull window controller spray with a electrical cleaner then try it. If not dirty the switch is bad. May be in driver door switch or on rear door? Good luck.

Driver side door, electric windows and lock will not work.

If windows still work from other door switches, then fuse is good, if not check fuse, if they do replace master window switch, shorted out with the water.

If you have a multimeter you can go to the underside of the master panel in the drivers door and independently check the switches for voltage or with no power to the switch assembly check for continuity. Good place to start. If you get continuity to through the switch then you need to check power to the window actuators in the doors.

Drivers window will go down but not up

It may be that it is not on the track properly or your power window motor is old and tierd and can take the window down but it doesn't have the juice in it any more to bring it back up. replace the motor and it will work. This problem happened to me in my '76 ford ltd and a new motor fixed it.
