Question about Volkswagen GTI
Yesterday i got some plum at halfords to change my rear drivers side tail light bulb on my 2000 polo gti. However later that night i noticed that now both my reverse lights do not work.. Please help!
More than likely they were not working before this. The reversing light switch sits on the front of the gearbox. After obviously checking the bulbs remove the plug from the switch ( it will only have two connections) and bridge the connections with a short piece if wire ( insulated so that no short occurs on gearbox casing) then switch ignition on. Lights will most likely be on. If thats the case replace the switch and take back what you said about the guy!!
