Transmission shifts into 1, 2 and drive but not reverse.

Sounds like a bad solenoid. could even be the valve body; not likely that its an internal failure if all the forward gears are fine.
The ****** is a fully electronic of course, so that being said you could have a shorted reverse servo. Or maybe even the reverse valve is stuck open or closed. And there's a little screen that is connected to the mid plate that could be clogged. To fix that, you need to drop the valve body and rebuild it since you already have it down.
Now, thats the easy stuff, the pain in the *** **** would be something like the forward only clutch is not releasing, or 3-4 ring is stuck.
This is of course if you have any kind of mech. skill's at all man. If ya don't, leave it to a repair shop.

It could be lash in the differential which is normal, but it could also be a loose u-joint in the driveshaft. Check the rear driveshaft u-joints.

that is what they consider safe mode for those transmissions, they are a very smart electronic transmission it does that so you dont ruin the trans.
It has detected a problem and you must take it to a tech and have the codes pulled, could be as simple as a sensor or solenoid pack

You can usually tell by grabbing the driveshaft & turning it by hand back & forth & push up & down, side to side looking for play in the joint.

You sould have been moore frequent on your transmission fluid changes, and you shouldn't have taken it to Jiffy Lube either. Your best bet is to drain and fill the trans fluid run it shift gears. Drain and fill again. Do this 3 times. Yeah the transmission fluid is expensive. on the last drain and fill you want to get a bottle of LUBE GUARD from NAPA or who ever sells it. put the whole 10oz bottle in. Shift Rev, 1, 2, 3, D. Neutral Rev D. If that don't work then you have bad seals.
Also
get the ****** fluid checked. If it's low, then such problems occurs.
