Why is my 2004 Ford Freestar surging?

as there are no codes to help we'll have to start with the basics , when was the trans fluid last changed ? if not recently i'd start with that , also put a fuel addative in the next time you fill tank , get one that covers the catalytic converter as well as the valves etc keep me posted if you wish

My cherokee starts without pushin de clutch is ok

Clutch pedal switch is bad. It's located behind the clutch pedal. The Jeep may accidentally start in gear and lurch forward, injuring someone. Replace the switch, for safety.

Losing power on acceleration and surges when coming to a stop

Have your local parts house run a obd2 scan if your check engine light is on. I had similar problems traced back to a IAC sensor. Idle air control. It controls your idle speed by controlling the fuel and air mixture. It will surge forward when stopped much like you feathering the throttle. It will also hinder your fuel economy and driving power.

2004 Camry lurches forward when stopping.

Sounds like the torque converter isn't unlocking quick enough. Drive at 45mph,keep foot on gas and use other foot to touch the brake and watch the tach to see if it speeds up,when converter releases. Check trans fluid level hot.If it is more than a couple years old, change. Use the correct fluid for Toyota and add a bottle of Lubgard. Have the throttle positon senor scanned and check any idle control circuits. Throttle Body may need cleaning.

96 Jeep Cherokee RPM Surge While Driving

If the problem began before you changed the plugs that they are likely OK...Some engines "like" certain brand plugs better than others. You may have a weak ignition coil. Poor spark will generally show up at higher rpm's. Spark should be blue and have good "snap" to it and should easily bridge a 1/4" gap or better. If fuel was contaminated, it should show up at lower rpm's as well. System cleaners sometimes work but often are added far too late to do any good. (tank can hold up to a gallon of water without noticing it.) I use 3oz of acetone and one oz marvel oil per 10 gallons of fuel about once a month...cheaper and more effective than most cleaners. (and does not "melt" gaskets and seals as legend has it) The vehicle speed sensor can also give you problems but needs testing to determine if it's got any problems.
It's difficult to diagnose by remote control, but I hope you benefit form something here!

95 Eagle Talon "Power Surges" When Running

its related.. its a problem somewhere in the fuel intake system. you should have this checked out. If there isnt any loss of power but just dies and reves at the same engine speed ,, have your transmission or torque converter looked at.
