Re: Jeep starts and runs for about five seconds then cuts...
Obviously the dealer did not correctly complete the repair, therefore should be more involved in current problem. If your vehicle had any anti-theft device installed, be aware that many have delayed shut down features built in. I'd look there first, providing yo did not have any similar problem pryor to the theft. Good luck!!

Directly from the owners manual... 1.- Enter your car wth your ignition key and your theft remote, and press the Lock button on your remote five times in 10 seconds. 2.- Insert your key into the Jeep's ignition cylinder, and then turn the key to the "Run" position. Wait for the car's automatic chiming sound to stop before proceeding. 3.- Press and hold the Unlock button on your remote for around five seconds, and then press and hold the Panic button at the same time. 4.- Hold both buttons together for one second and then release. Wait for the car's chimes to sound again and then press and release the Lock and Unlock buttons on your remote. 5.- Press and release just the Unlock button on the remote next and wait for a chime again to indicate successful programming. You can then remove your ignition key to complete the resetting process.

TRY THIS: Sit inside the vehicle with all the doors closed. Place ignition in the OFF position. Open the driver's door. Leave Open. Move the mechanical door lever to the LOCK position. Turn the ignition to the RUN position. Aim the transmitter at the Keyless Entry receiver and press Lock button. Hold for five seconds until the door locks cycle. Turn ignition OFF within 20 seconds
