I have a 2002 Chev Silverado and the heater blower don't work. It worked only on 4 and 5 for the longest time but now, nothing! Checked all fuses and all looks good. I heard a clicking sound coming from under dash on the passenger side so took off the shroud and changed out the blower resistor but still nothing except the same clicking from the resistor. Is it the Blower ..... Control panel in dash.... or something else? The old resistor that I took out looked burnt out with a lot of the green coating flaked off the circuit board. I also took out the control panel in the dash and took apart the component. Nothing appeared burnt out or cracked circuitry. If this helps....great.

If it is working at all then the relay and fuse is good and the problem is either the little vacuum hose on the back of the control switch panel or the panel itself.

Well had the same issue on my duel climate controll 04 2500HD but changing the heater control solved the different temp. The only other thing would be your mixer door motor. There are two,one for DR side is probibly stuck..As far as the blower motor. The resister should have taken care of that.Sounds like you may have another bad one.May want to take a volt meter to the resister plug in and run you different fan speed just to make sure that you get voltage to the different conecters.

What you need to do is replace the control head. They had problems with these.Changed a few myself. If the connections and the wiring looks good then replace it.Hope this helps.Good luck.

Problem with blower motor is the blower motor resistor. They are usually located next to the blower motor, a couple of screws and a couple of plugs and your done. Autozone sells them for around $30 each. Wipers you may want to check for relays under the hood in the fuse block. There may be 2 relays 1 for low and 1 for high. I have switched relays from other working accesories and got wipers to work. Sometimes bad connection.
