Question about 1997 Cadillac DeVille
Check terminals are all tight.Could be faulty starter motor, is it manual if so try bump starting it you need to check there is feed going down to starter solenoid when turning key to crank, if is could be worth giving it a tap with small hammer as may be sticking.
