Question about 1995 Pontiac Trans Sport
How do you replace the motor in the sliding door and anyone know the details for the fuses maybe its a fuse
Anytime I had a battery or charging problem, but did not need to replace the battery (or disconnect the battery), my sliding door would not operate. What I found was that a module was tripped and by disconnecting the battery for a minute or so, it reset the module and the door would operate. I never tried the fuse, but it may work as well. The fuse for the power sliding door is actually the courtesy fuse on the very bottom, left (driver side) of the fuse box on my 95 Trans Sport.

Have you tried (with engine off) taking the left bottom fuse out(I believe it's "TAIL" keep it out for a miniute, then put it back in and crank the engine. push the side door button and open it. Wait a few seconds then push button to close. Make sure your battery is fully charged.
The fuse box is in the glove compartment in dash on left hand side.
