Set 1 2 switches? please clarify

See pg. 3-31 in owners manual. Start car in park. Adjust seat, telescoping wheel, and side view mirrors. Pust Mem button and then within 5 sec. push either 1 or 2. That button should light to show memory stored.
From the 2012 Guide (See link)
l"AUTOMATIC DRIVE POSITIONER (if so equipped) Two positions for the driver's seat, steering column and outside mirrors can be stored in the automatic drive positioner memory. Follow these procedures to set the memory positions: • Confirm the shift lever is in the P (PARK) position. • Push the ignition switch to the ON position. • Adjust the driver's seat, steering column and outside mirrors to the desired positions using the adjusting switches for each feature. • Push the SET switch and within 5 seconds, push the memory switch (1 or 2) for at least 1 second. • The indicator light on the memory switch you select will illuminate for approximately 5 seconds. • The driver's seat, steering column and outside mirror positions are now set to your preference. These memorized positions can also be linked to your NISSAN Intelligent Key®. Visor won't stay in position, flops down. Dealer says $400 for a new one. Ridiculous

Feel free to take a test drive in a late model Nissan Murano at your local Nissan dealership (preferably one with the same color interior). Make sure to have your visor and a screw driver at hand. Make the switch before returning to the dealership.

I have an 06 with the display, you should have a button with MAINT to the far right side of the control center.

Turn the key on ACC,press MAINT button on right end, press down on the "enter" button then press "enter", you may need to move the :"enter" button up but usually it will be on the reset, (Reset) will be lit yellow when ready for you to press the "enter" button to reset it. You should see the Driving Distance bar dissappear/reset to the starting point.

Works for oil changes & tire rotation. You can set the specific distance with the same control, moving it left to right when it is in the "change" position.

good luck
