Mi oil light not going out,I change the oil pump and oil light switch and no result

You do not give make or model, Makes it hard for us mechanics . First check the drive to the pump is ok be it chain or camshaft driven, make sure the pick up tube is not cracked and the filter is not blocked .a new pump should be primed. pack the pump with petroleum jelly or prime with engine oil via the oil switch cavity .

Three things to check: Coil pack (the main box that spark plug wires connect to), Spark plugs and wires, that's not what's it, your fuel pump is gone. Definitely would get a fuel pump either way due to stalling of the car and possible excess air and a coil pack as well do to a malfunction reading with the emissions module causing the spark plugs to lose energy all at once which then can lead to the coil pack going bad and sending false emission rate timings threw the fuel management system causing the fuel pump to have the sensor go bad. This happened to me as well. Same exact thing. After I did those fixes, car was like I have never driven a true Audi till that day I changed the coil pack and fuel pump. Eventually to be safe I got all new 4+ Bosch spark plugs and wires just to prevent and imbalances. Changes your car into a pure German luxury mobile.

2004 Audi A4 3.0 - Oil pressure Problem

2800.00 for an oil pump? Sounds expensive. Is it only for the pump or is other work involved? There are hoses that deteriorate that have to be replaced and an engine flush that usually goes with that repair. Also your engine may have to be replaced if there is bearing damage to the camshafts or crankshaft. This is a common problem with 1.8T's. You are not the original owner,so are you repairing the car from the selling dealer? It make a difference when your trying to get assistance. You also must have proof that all services were completed, preferably by a dealer. If you have all that and still only offer half take it and be happy!

Premature oil pump failure 04 A4 3.0 Quattro

Absolutely - the 1.8T engine is known for sludging issues. If they diagnosed oil sludge then your engine is covered no matter the mileage. The oil sludge builds up in the 1.8T no matter how well cared for it is, and the sludge can block the oil pickup screen on the oil pump (it's an extremely fine mesh), causing oil starvation and taking out the engine in the process.

Go to www.audiforums.com and do a search there for "oil sludge" and the information will come up. You can learn all about it there. But if your engine has the sludging, and you have receipts proving the oil was changed at the proper intervals, you will get a new engine free of charge - one of the members there is an Audi technician and I remember him posting that he'd changed out a 180k mile engine under warranty due to sludge.

Too much oil

To much oil builds up pressure and could blow gaskets, and also could get into the cylinder walls. If you haven't driven it to hard you may be ok,drain the oil and refill to proper level, change oil filter and clean up excess oil.

Engine light is on oil level is good

Do you mean the Check-Engine light? If so, have the car scanned for codes and post them here and we can take it further. If it's the oil light that is on, you may have a faulty sender. If it's the Service Oil Soon reminder on the info display, that's a reminder to change your oil (which you should be able to reset with the instrument cluster stalks) - that doesn't monitor the oil, but it's a timed interval reminder based on miles driven. The idea is to reset it each time the oil is changed, so that when it comes back, you know to change the oil.
