Remove the insturment panel cover right behind the radio, remove the switch assembly look on the back right hand side there is a black plug connection (5 or 6 prong flat). this plug is and will always be a problem with jeeps. somtimes when a raido has been put in, the plug can be pushed away and there you go no heat, no fan. it could also be vibration from going down a rough trail.

I have replaced both the blower motor and the resistor and I am still not getting any heat. I can't find a diagram for the fuse panel to see if thats an issue. Any ideas on what else it could possibly be?

Either the blower motor is defective or the blower motor speed control resistor is defective, u have to test each part, u will need basic electrical skills to do this..

1. Check the fuse to the fan
2. Have a look at and replace the sensor.

(I'm not sure what the problem is with the ac/heater: I understand that the blower worked but, for some reason you replaced the resistor, and now it doesn't...)

93 cherokee sport heater fan

Looking at the Fuse diagram on my jeep manual, the blower motor fuse is a 30 amp (green) and should be in # 6. From the top of the box it is in the second row from the right second from the top. That gets you to the fuse. If that does not get you going, I will try to help you find anything else you need.
