Check for blown fuses in both fuse blocks.. one under the dash and one under the hood... if all fuses check ok then check the inertia switch in the trunk of the car.. little black box with a red button mounted at the top of your trunk on one of the sides maybe behind the carpet siding..hope this helps

I Have a Ford Taurus 2006 when you start this car it dies and I noticed blueish smoke comes from the exhaust and the fuse blows out

Blue smoke on startup is a sign of worn valve stem seals. But worn seals wouldn't cause it to die after starting. Check the engine coolant temp sensor. Take a look at these known issues for Taurus

My 1999 taurus started but died about 5 min later, while all gas, abs, battery lights were on ,it also back fired and died, now it is just spurding & not starting ?

That is a question with a VERY wide range of possibilities. The FIRST thing you should do is to scan your Powertrain Control Module(PCM) to check for any fault codes, then DIAGNOSE accordingly.

Drive 5 miles and starts up fine, drive 30 miles and wont restart

Sounds like a fuel pump overheating. Drive until it wont start then check the fuel pressure. If no gauge when it wont start try some starting fluid. You should also check your fuel pump relay.

Car dies if accelerator is not engaged

the starting problem could be head gasket if it got really hot..... black smoke wouldn't be oil, and gas would stink but not black smoke if it's old, it wouldn't really matter if it had been sitting for 4 months. black smoke is probably caused by a gas mixture problem, or maybe a stuck fuel injector.
