nothing on dash is blown fuse,
nothing means to me the CEL/SES lamp is out and if out key on
that means the PCM is dead but it started so is not dead.
the lamps all glow key on (cluster) to tell you the self tests all pass.

windows
and radio
fuses. first. for ever and ever . fuses first.
check the fuses.
test them , some that look good are in fact bad.

It sounds like the alternator is weak or has gone bad, if you can jump start it take it to your local auto parts store and have them test alt/charging system. Lights & fans don't draw that much power but windows and locks require more. Sounds like you've been running on battery power from 12/8
You have to roll up all the windows lock all the doors and use your key to unlock on of the front doors or the trunk when the alarm is going off. I don't remember which it was. Remember all doors must be closed and locked with the windows up for this to work.
battery went dead because the rear windshield wiper didn't go off during the night, as soon as you put a new battery, the wiper start to working and won't stop. probably the switch out of order, A/C doesn't work, check the fuse.
