Question about 1998 Chevrolet Lumina
First you are going to have to remove the bottom of the dash board. Then look at the duct work and take it apart (unscrew the plastic black tube that runs along the bottom of the car) look for the door flap inside the duct work... use penetrating oil to lubricate and check the springs. Turn on the heat and check to see if it is opening and closing. Then turn it to AC and do the same!
