Question about 1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500

Power locks and mirrors out. Driver power window out.

One day my power locks and mirrors went out in my 1999 Chevy Silverado. Neither the driverside or passenger side controls have any function. However, I am able to still lock/unlock my vehicle through my aftermarket remote start.

Also, recently my driverside power window went out. It just clicks when I try to roll the window down.

Any idea on how to fix these problems??

Yes. All fuses look good - both under the hood and under the dash.

I have a 99 Silverado 2500. Neither the power door locks or the keyless entry control will lock/unlock the doors. However if you push the lock button, and then open the door, the security system still alarms.

I stopped by a GM dealership and they said it could be the actuator. Could the actuators on each side both be out? I like to fix these things myself to save money and gain knowledge, but I am stumped here.

    Any ideas?

Your chevy uses two fuses for the system. The power lock actuators are on the 15 amp fuse inside the truck. The fuse for the switches (locks and mirrors) are under the hood. For 99 to 04 (I think those are the years) there is a TSB on replacing the 3 amp fuse under the hood with a 5 amp fuse because this is a well known problem of having these blow.

Your drivers side window is a different issue. If the rest are working your problem is in the motor or getting power to the motor. The wires that go from the body to the door often crack and break with the opening and closing of the door.

Beings as everything that stopped working is on the passenger side, I'd think some wiring got disconnected or broken.

Lost power in driverside door of 2002 chevy trailblazer. Is there a certain fuse I should check?

If all that happened at once, highly suspect a broken wire harness that feeds your door panel.
I think there are separate circuits for the locks and the windows and mirror.
At the factory, I believe the doors are installed on the vehicle with the wire harnesses already in them, means they plug the door harness into a receiving socket in an under-dash harness.
I'd wonder if the vehicle had been in an accident on that side.
Be blessed.

1999 chevy silver ado passenger side power window wont go up it does have power

Remove the two armrest screws, slide the armrest towards the back of the door to remove.Remove the "triangle" cover that covers the standard mirror attachment screws.Use a small screwdriver to pop the clips on the window switch, and unplug it.I believe the rest of the panel is just secured with clips(I replaced the inside driver door handle on my work truck with my own home made steel replacement handle recently, but it has manual windows)

06 silverado replace driverside mirror power htd 4x4 ls

Pull off the small triangular trim piece on the inside of the door behind the mirror. It is fastened with 3 quick connects that pop out. I won't break, but just be easy with it. After that, there are 3 nuts to remove and a wiring connector to disconnect. Reverse for reassembly.
