The dealership keep entering a white disc for the navigation system but it keeps reading disc error. The radio does not work as well and I was told it was because they might not have the navigation disc. Help
I would call Honda customer service and get a straight answer from them. The number is in the owner's manual or available on line.

your best possible solution is to take it to the dealer they most like ly will have to download a programing patch to repair the problem.

Unplugging or rebooting won't solve the problem. Call Alpine Electronics. They are the manufacturer of the Navi System. They will replace it for about $160. Check their website online for their phone number.

You only get like 10 tries this means you made to many attempts trying to put the wrong code in. Disconnect the battery cable and then try putting the code in the radio again.

Hi,welcome fix ya. the correct disc for your pilot has a black label and the version should be between 2.11c to 2.60 any other disc will not work in your unit. If there is anything else I can help you with let me know.
