THe paasenger side wiper arm on my 1999 Nissan Frontier is slipping. How do I tighten it?

The nut holding it on has come loose. You need to tighten it sooner rather than later as the splines will wear out quite quickly. Before tightening it, take the wiper off the windscreen and nip it up. If you leave the wiper on the windscreen, it may not tighten properly.

How to change a 2006 Nissan Murano rear wiper balde

There are two ways. You can replace the rubber cartridge by simply removing any retaining clips from the end of the blade and sliding the old cartridge out, then sliding the new cartridge in and reclipping. Replacing the entire blade isn't that difficult either. Tilt the wiper back from the window so you can see where the blade pivots on a pin with clips holding the pin. Gently pry the wiper out from the clips on either side of the pin(you only need to pry on one) while pushing the blade in toward the wiper cover. It should pop out of the clips with a small amount of effort. You'll then have to weasel it out but it comes out pretty easily. Take off any adaptor that comes attached to the new 14" wiper and install.
