Question about 1998 Toyota RAV4
I have a new battery, engine cranks, starter cranks too, all lights work it just won't start. I put the ODB meter on and got no code, I did get 5 icons to blink.
Aight lets go back to the basics in automotvie tech. Do you have fuel ( is your fuel pump running or can you hear it) and if so then do you have fire at the spark plugs ( pull a plug wire off and see if it is throwing fire out of the plug wire to see if you have a spark)!! Get back with me to see if this is leading you in the right directions!! The scanner will tell you a code that is wrong with the motor itself!!
