Question about 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee
I had this problem on my 93 GC 5.2. Discovered the electrical connector near the fuel filter was loose and wet. Check the orange wire on the tail end of this connector for power when the key is cycled or when attempting to start. Or, for easier access check the orange/black wire under the rear seat, drivers side. If you have power here when the key is cycled when attempting to start, your electrical system is most likely ok.
