Question about 1999 Ford Expedition
I replacd the themostat in my 1999 ford expedition and it still blows out warm air.
Common problem! It's the motor on the blend door,very hard to get to unless you are professional

Check the coolant level and water pump.
Also check the position of heater inside the cabine
It might be in a position when car takes air from outside not from inside.
