Question about 2008 Toyota Highlander
Two issues. My 2002 Highlander's luggage rack has had a rattle in it in the forward left (driver side) quadrant for some time. It does not move when you try to do so. I assume I must remove the headliner to gain access to tighten it down...any idea how this is done?
Secondly, my driver side visor no longer holds a position between the retracted position and full down. Any way to fix this?
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

I have the same vehicle and was able to remove mine with the following steps: 1) remove light behind each rear of luggage rack rail using phillips screwdriver (one screw each side). 2) remove molding underneath each light using T20 torx driver (2 screws each side). 3) Loosen cross rails nobs. 4) Side cross rails off of roof.
