I have replaced the headlight bulbs on my car, but I can't figure out how to remove the bulbs on my corner lights so that I can replace them. How do I replace the front corner light bulbs on my 1994 Ford Taurus GL?
Um I was able to get to my headlight from under the hood of the car. Are you saying I have to get underneath my car even though I can see the connection from under the hood? I just don't know what I need to remove the bulb, nor do I know how to remove the bulb. The headlights were obvious and simple... all I had to do was unscrew the back washer and they practicaly popped out.
What I did first was remove the headlight assembly.this is easy to do
1. remove the 3 holding clip that hold the headlight unit to your header, this is the frame.
2. carefully disconnect the headlight bulbs from the unit, not touching the bulbs itself.
3. you can not gain access to the courner light and it is just a simple twist of the bulb to remove it from the unit.
4. pull the little light bulb from the unit and carefully replace the bulb
5. reattach all the parts back.
this is very simple and easy it will not take you that lond to do either since you are only replacing the bulbs and not the assembly

I presume that you are replacing the bulb, typically the ENTIRE headlight with 3 or 4 bolts. NONE of which do any adjusting...then the whole thing comes out for easy bulb replacement. DO NOT TOUCH the glass of the replacement bulb.

If you're referring to the corner parking light, which get dinged very frequently, here's how you do it.
Open the hood. Near the corner there is a wide head philips head screw holding down the corner light bracket. Remove the screw. The light should now be loose. Slide it forward to remove. The bulb socket will be attached to the light. Twist it to detach.
THIS IS IN the corner lamp next to headlight correct? open hood you will see a screw where corner light mounts to headlight. remove screw and light will come out so you can change bulb. it is clipped into fender
