1999 ford econoline e 250 low voltage (7volts) at fuel pump, where is the relay located and how can it be identified?

The fuel pump relay should be near the driver side fender or the battery along with other relays. It should have a dark green and yellow wire that goes to the inertia switch, a red wire that goes to the EEC relay, and two other wires that may be light blue and orange.
The wire that powers the pump goes to the inertia switch then to the pump.

Fuel pump relay location 1999 ford F150 4x4 4.6L ?? ANY ONE???

Engine Compartment fuse panel ( driver's side fender ) relay 301. Layout with numbers should be on the lid ( numbers only, not the functions ).

If you did not get an owners manual with your truck ( purchased used / lost ), you can download one from Ford in PDF format:

Makes it real quick to search for keywords.

4x4 switch will not switch from AWD to 4 high or 4 low the traction controle works fine Iwas told of a realy but can not find it.

The relay should be under the hood in a box that says fuses and relays. Its usually on the right side finder wall. On the top inside of the box it will tell you what number relay is the 4x4. Pull that relay and check it or have it checked by your local parts store.

Relay

There are 2 relays or solenoids as they called on a starter, one is on the inside of the fender under the hood, follow the positive battery cable, the other is on the starter, both do the same thing, later years only have the one solenoid on the starter.
