My 2003 mitsubishi eclipse has know fire to start it It sounds like its going to start but it's not turning over. There is not any fire and I know it has gas and it's not the battery. I just had the belts replaced on my car, timing belt and serpetine belt and the spark plugs and added freon to it, so i don't

if i remember right those belts are not together cuz your car has two belts on it one that goes from the crank pullel that runs the a/c and alt and then one thats from the crank to the power steering

When you changed the battery the computer must re-learn the setting again. If it continues have a OBD II reader plugged in and check for codes.

Hi, if the car turn over, and it don't start. Then it is like the
engine don't get fuel. Or bad a spark plugs. Most common problem is the
fuel pump going bad.
It could also be a bad fuse, but a easy way to check if the fuel pump is
ok is to have someone stand at the back of the car when you turn the
ignition. The fuel pump should make a buzzing sound for a few seconds.
And if you don't start the car right away the fuel pump will stop.
If you don't hear any buzzing from the fuel pump/fuel tank then you have a bad fuel pump............

Spray starting fluid in the intake air to see if it is a fuel problem. If it starts then you are looking at a fuel pump or filter. If not then we will have to go through some more diagnostics but this is the starting point. Do you have the original ignition key for it. These keys are chiped and a copied key will not work.
