Whats the main with the daytime running lights

The daytime running lights are on for safety. The engine light needs to have the error code extracted from the computer and then investigate that indication. The error code is not necessarily the cause or issue, but rather a clue.

I have a 2003 chevy malibu. I'm having problems with my blinker lights. They don't always work when I turn them on and at other times they work just fine. What could cause this?

Hello and welcome. this is almost always the hazard switch. inside the hazard switch is the turn and hazard flasher. the next time the turns dont work, try pushing in and out on the hazard switch and see if they come back on.

Have a malibu 2003 changed the coolant in the overflow cleaned the jug now we start the car and now it over haeats and the overflow jug boils why

you may have a faulty thermostat which stops the water from flowing through the engine causing it to boil which builds up extreme pressure forcing the water in the engine block back through the radiator into the overflow tank or it may be a faulty water pump which will do the same thing......hope this helps......cheers.

My 2003 Malibu sounds like it wants to start, but it does cranks over. I tried the sparks, there is a new battery, we put gas in the fuel filter, we even tried the security disabling method, and even tried...

it could be a couple of thing depending on what engine you have in your car if its the ecotec 4 cylinder it could have jumped time which would be the timing gears, or it could possibly be the fuel pump, also check all your fuses and make sure that none of them are blown. hope this helps.

if its like the 2000 malibu, then it is about 1 to2 feet below alternator. this is for the 3.1, there is not much room from top when running cause the alternator is very close. I think if car is on ramps, then you may be able to charge from bottom while car is running. be carefull !!

2003 Chevy malibu electrical schematic Fuel pump

Only if theft light is flashing, then it would need to be reset, to reset turn key to on and wait till theft light stops flashing about 10mim or so, then turn key to off and back to start engine.

2003 Chevy Malibu driver's window won't work

If it is a very loud noise, then it may be the window regulator. This is the assembly that the motor and glass bolt to. The door panel would have to come off to inspect.
